ABOUT ACSPOPIN
ASSOCIATION OF CARE SERVICE PROVIDERS TO OLDER PERSONS IN NIGERIA (ACSPOPIN) is a body of professionals which is made up of Civil Society Organizations, agencies, institutions, etc engaged in providing care services and support to older persons as well as addressing ageing issues and their right to life.
We work with relevant stakeholders to improve the quality of life for the older persons and ensure provision of a holistic standard of care through capacity building, resource mobilization, standardization, advocacy, quality assurance and quality control. ACSPOPIN supports statutory authorities in the Presidency and designated Federal and State Ministries and the Human Rights Commission to ensure high standards of care and respect for the rights of our older persons.

Major urban centers in Nigeria now host several care homes for older persons, signaling the growing need in this sector.These critical services have to set their own standards and competence evaluation and service monitoring
